Customer Service Advisor based on the Heathfield industrial estate. Working in a busy customer services / sales office you will act as the first point of telephone contact for customers regarding queries / complaints over their orders
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolving customer queries
Dealing with complaints
Processing orders / data input
Taking small sales over the telephone (in-coming)
Liaising with Production Department regarding manufacturing issues and timescales
Liaising with Despatch Department regarding delivery schedules
Arranging couriers / postage of replacement and missing parts
Running reports as required
General administration, inc. filing.
PERSONAL SKILLS / QUALITIES REQUIRED
Ability to assimilate technical information
Excellent verbal communication skills / telephone manner
Confidence and ability in dealing with difficult or unhappy customers
Ensuring resolution of problems
Time-management / prioritisation of workload / organisation skills
Flexibility / adaptable to different situations / tasks
Calm and able to react well to demanding situations
Team player and prepared to share responsibility for provision of excellent customer service
