We are two professional girls and we are looking for a 2 bed property, central to town with a garden. Our price range is somewhere in the region of £500 to £600 pcm, and we have furniture so require an unfurnished property!

We work in Exeter centre, and I am also a post-grad student at Exeter University. We are sociable, friendly girls but also very responsible and house proud!

I also have a small dog who is very well behaved and quiet. She is house trained and friendly, and never a nuisance!
