My current house sharer just got great new job in Bristol, so I have a double room available ( you get to choose which one - some room photos attached, need to get one more done). This is a laid back and friendly household in Wellswood which is just 10 minutes from Torquay harbour and close to the beach at Meadfoot. The house is large and detached and sits on top of the hillside overlooking Wellswood. and the Lincombes There are terrific sea views covering about 160 miles of coast and views across the valley and open fields.

The house itself is really spacious. There are two living rooms, one 30 ft with open log fire plus there's a big eat in kitchen. There's a separate utility and laundry, 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms in total. There's also a garden, patio + BBQ and a balcony off the sitting room.

The only other occupants are my ancient but sweet cat (Thomas) and one other sharer who is a solicitor. I run my own training and consultancy business. It's a clean and tidy house, but laid back.

I love to cook ( vegetable garden this year and fruit trees out back) so there are often tastings! We don't smoke, but we do drink. We socialise together when the mood takes or head off to our own space. This house has a good feel to it, people are happy here, so if that sounds right for you, get in touch!
