Our account specialists are the face of Randstad within our client premises, you will be based on the client’s prestigious premises on the Exeter Business Park. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an inhouse recruitment centre recruiting for temporary and permanent employees. There is no greater feeling that finding jobs for people and candidates for clients. It is hard work, but so much fun!

We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our busy on site office

The role will involve:

• Candidate Attraction & Selection
• Developing & Maintaining Client Relationships
• Achieving and Delivering Results
• Developing & Improving Client/Candidate Satisfaction
• Keeping Up To Date & Complying With Current HR Legislation
• Maintaining & Providing Accurate & Timely Reports
• Marketing & Advertising

Preferred Skills
• Previous recruitment experience either on a Permanents or Temporaries desk
• You will have excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• You will have a successful track record of either temporary or permanent billing
• Able to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Be able to provide excellent customer service
• Be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Salary:

• £16,000 - £18,000
