Hi,

I am a female postgraduate student looking for a double room in a friendly house or flat preferably within 30 mins walking distance from Stretham Campus.

I would like to move in on or before 30th October. (date flexible uptil 1st week of November)

I do not smoke, no pets, no drinking.

I am a friendly, easy and outgoing individual who repects privacy. Ideally, I would prefer an accommodation with a mix of students within their 20s. However, a room in a good family house is just as fine.

I am also open to taking up a shared flat or house with other students, preferably postgraduates.

I am looking to spend upto 350-360 per month inclusive of all bills and broadband.
