A position has become available at a traditional country Public House on the outskirts of Holsworthy. The Trainee Bar Manager who takes on this great opportunity will have previous experience working within a bar environment and preferably with Food as well. Your duties will progress as you will with the business and will include cellar control and management, stock control and ordering, health and safety, training and supervision of junior members of staff, wine sales and in time duty management shifts.
