We have a double room to rent in our house in Heavitree, Exeter. You would be sharing with two others me i'm Martin i'm 27 and Jamie 28 and his dog Maddie who's friendly and wouldn't hurt a fly !

The room in unfurnished. The rent is £220 and there are bills on top of that of approx £80 per month ( council tax, gas, water, electric key meter and 10mb wireless broadband ).

We are both very friendly and sociable and easy to get along with and would like someone similar to join us, we dont smoke inside the house. Our landlady is very easygoing and leaves us to it.

We are in Anthony Road, Heavitree and there are no parking restrictions in our street the room is available staright away.

I have attatched two photos of the room obviously we will clear our stuff out before you move in !
