Free Muffins, Squash and a Chance to win a £20 Voucher
Volunteers are urgently required for an MSc study examining whether differences exist between perceived and measured intensity of physical activity.
Who can participate?
- Men and women between the ages of 18-39
- Participates in very little or no physical activity on a daily/weekly basis.
What is involved?
You will be required to perform 7 activities in the following order: lying on your back, seated computer work, shelf stacking, sweeping the floor, slow treadmill walk, medium treadmill walk, medium treadmill run (optional) and stair ascent/descent. With the exception of lying on your back, each activity will last 5 minutes.
What do you get out of it?
Important health information including your:
- blood pressure
- body mass index (BMI)
- body fat percentage
- resting heart rate
Plus a free muffin, squash and you will be entered in a prize draw to win a £20 Marks and Spencers or Topman or Debenhams or GAP voucher.
