The Company

Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Internal Auditor to work for an organisation based in the Exeter area.

The Role

Reporting to the Audit manager this role would hold responsibility for preparing audit reports in line with internal Audits statutory responsibility to the independently and objectively review, evaluate, and report on adequacy of clients systems and internal control.This role would involve performing a large range of audit assignments taking extensive responsibility for operational audit, applying risk management and assurance principles to the planning and delivery of Audit assignments. Successful candidates will ideally have a professional accounting qualification and a passion for audit at all levels along with a very investigative and analytical qualities.Good systems skills specifically the use of Excel models would be highly advantageous.The ability to communicate at all levels to both junior and senior management levels are skills paramount to succeed in a results driven environment.
