Beautiful heavily chrome plated handle, wheel and pins.

This tool was designed for diagnosis of neurological functions. I feel sure it must also have other uses. The pins are sharp - but wont puncture the skin, unless excessive pressure is applied.

Pinwheels are a great sensation toy. They are a rolling wheel loaded with pins. You run them over your partners skin and watch them shudder with pleasure. If you find a ticklish spot, they will giggle uncontrollably.
