All the communal areas, stairs, hallways, bathroom showers, WC's Kitchen etc are cleaned every week and maintenance is attended to quickly.

The house is near bus routes in and out of town and is in the CITY ROVER area .. £1 a day for unlimited travel. Look up the postcode on multimap. EX4 7HR. It is centrally located and close to the University Campus, St Lukes, The Met Office and Sowton Estate.

NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED but two months rent in advance is required for a six month or more contract.

Credit references and references with your employers or University will be taken up. This is a happy safe and secure house, these references help maintain it that way .... everyone in the house has had to do it!
