We are looking for a sales assistant who has previous experience in a customer focused sales role with sound understanding of the Fidelio/Opera system. The main responsibilities would be to answer and process all sale enquiries for the hotel’s rooms, meetings and events and various food & beverage outlets, ensuring the clients expectations are met and exceeded and all information is communicated to the service staff to ensure smooth delivery of service. You will need to be passionate, an excellent communicator with the ability to build new relationships as well as nurture existing ones.
