We require CHEFS who meet the following criteria and who are available for urgent work in Devon and Cornwall

* Head Chef or experienced Sous calibre
* Driver with roadworthy vehicle
* Verifable recent references
* Excellent level of personal hygiene and appearance
* History of working for temping agencies in the area
* Stable work history (i.e. Showing commitment to previous employers/ agencies)
* Great availability

Personal qualities we look for are:
* A pleasant, open, adaptable personality
* Patience and stamina
* To enjoy working with people and as part of a team
* Reactivity and problem-solving attitude

We prefer to use chefs with NVQ Level 3 or evidence of formal training

We pay good hourly rates and offer decent assignments with good local employers
