Room to rent in nice terraced house in Exmouth. House is a 3 min walk from town and the train station and 5 mins to the beach - very area quiet at night and plenty of free on street parking.

£375 per month including all bills.

The house: 2 bedroom terrace - gas central heating, double glazing, large living room with double doors to conservatory and reasonable sized kitchen downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. There is a small courtyard garden at the back.

Me: I'm a freelance photographer and video/graphics engineer - 27 - male - reasonably clean and tidy - non smoker - relaxed and easy to get along with - good sense of humour. I work away occasionally so you'll get the house to yourself a couple of evenings a week. When I'm not working I enjoy mountain biking, music, water sports and all the regular stuff too!

The room: A good sized double at the back of the house, double glazed window.. Its currently (and has been for the past 18 months or so!) my photography studio - now available because I am renting a full time studio else ware in Exmouth! Its available immediately if required.. unfurnished at the moment but I'm happy to provide bed/wardrobe/etc if required..

You: I'm looking for a professional person, preferably a female, non smoking, tidyish, etc!

Facilities: Washing machine, microwave, gas cooker/over, central heating, sky tv, piano (electric - with headphones if necessary!),
