Excellent part time opportunities are available working for one of Europe’s leading Energy Providers in their prestigious offices located on the outskirts of Exeter.

These part time roles are based within the Energy Sourcing and Customer Supply branch in the large Residential department. These roles are on a long term temporary basis. Due to training requirements you must be able to commit to a minimum of six months in the first instance.


duties

• Contacting existing customers to establish payment of outstanding amounts
• Advising existing customers on the best way to meet payments
• Amending customers records and keeping databases up to date

key skills

• First class telephone manner
• Confident communication skills
• Accurate keyboard skills – inputting alpha and numerical information
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Strong ability to work as part of a team
• Self motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

hours

Minimum requirement of 13.5 hours per week – Maximum of 21.5 hours per week.

Saturdays are fixed from 11.30 – 17.00. There is a choice of weekday evening shifts from Tuesday-Friday 16:00 – 20:00 (minimum of 2 week nights to be fixed once started).

pay rate

£6.80per hour
