I'm looking for a 1 bed flat or house (but would certainly consider studio or 2 bed). I'm looking for something in or near the Totnes or Ashburton area, to start anytime from now (pref beginning of Nov.)

I'd like somewhere nice, light and quiet
It'd be great if it had a gas cooker too.
Non-smoking, no pets, vegetarian, single occupancy.
