Honiton is a pretty market town, with lots of nice shops, bars and cafes. the house is located in central Honiton, 2 mins from station for direct access to Exeter (20 mins) and onward to the rest of the south west or alternatively London Waterloo is just 3 hrs away. Honiton is also close to A30 and A303.

Housemate will have access to her own bathroom every morning,but share with myself on occassional evenings, as I have an ensuite. All utilties included. All "mod con" available, dishwasher, widescreen tv, pc, dvd etc. My house is 3 bedroomed, with a lovely garden, with barbeque for those sunny summer eves:)

I live alone, and enjoy good company and quiet times too. I work as a public health specialist, and have many interests including art, reading, movies, swimming, walking, good food and wine. I am well travelled , having lived overseas for a number of years.I would hope to find not just a housemate but a friend, with whom we would allow ourselves space and time for ourselves as well as fun times together .
