Hi,
We have a double room available in our house share at the end of the month. The room is a light and airy room that over looks the garden with a large sash window and a built in wardrobe. The rest of house is large with a fantastic kitchen and range cooker, a comfortable lounge and a dining room perfect as a study or group meals. We have also have virgin TV and wireless broadband. The house is close to the city centre, a gym and park; we have street parking & easy to get to the M5.

And the most important thing who you will be sharing with, Jez that’s doing research into education at the medical school and Nelson that runs a restaurant in town and Mark, who works runs a supermarket. We are all social able and have varied interests and enjoy going out. We like to share meals, a beer, a movie . Were not perfect but we try and keep the place clean and tidy.

We are looking for some one who is social and friendly in there 20’s who’s looking to stay in Exeter 3 months or longer and working but give us a shout if your not perfect we be interested in speaking to all.

Unfortunately the landlord is trying to sell the property and has accepted an offer that will mean we have to move out in the end of January but it could easily fall apart and give us some more time.

The rents £255 a month (you might be able to negotiate with the landlord considering the time issue) plus bills that are roughly £90.
