An Excellent opportunity for a strong all round Operations Manager / Deputy General Manager to join a year-round corporate and leisure hotel in the Channel Isles that has recently completed a sizeable refurbishment, with the remit of driving and maintaining standards to a 4 star level.
Job Description
This is a year contract as a senior member of the management team with the possibility of the contract being extended.
A challenging role that will require a manager capable of driving change, especially within the front of house and restaurant departments.
Working with a steady team, the key focus of this role will be to ensure that the customer service standards meet the 4 star expectations of guests and owners, allowing the General Manager to step away from the operational aspect of the business and focus on local development.
Operations Manager Required Experience
This role is suited to a flexible, career-dedicated operations manager with previous experience in both rooms and food and beverage management within large 4 star hotels.
Experience of both leisure and corporate properties is essential.
Excellent people management skills and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse work force is essential.
Proven experience in driving change or influencing your team on service issues is essential. Excellent training and development skills required.
Operations Manager Salary and Benefits
Salary in the region of 30000 plus bonus and accommodation.
