I am a mid-40s lady looking for a quiet place of my own to rent for 3 -6 months initially.....I work part-time,....non-smoker, no pets or children or bad habits. Anywhere from north devon would do fine. I would like to be able to commute easilt to Totnes/Exeter and Plymouth. Rural is very ok....coastal sounds like bliss...... the main thing is I like a view and peace and quiet and privacy.

I am reliable, honest, responsible, clean and tidy. If you need me to house-sit - no problem. If you need an admin assistant - great we can do a deal on the rent.

Alternatively if you know of someone who needs a home companion to work p/t running errands and housekeeping in excahnge for rent please also let me know.

I need a place that has not had cats and dogs in it (asthma) and would prefer an all-inclusive rent. An annexe or 1 bed cottage or studio would be ideal.

Would prefer wirless broadband too....don't need TV or landline as I have skype and mobile and do not watch TV.

Can provide refs and security deposit.
