Project based Support Worker wanted in Exeter

A large organisation in Exeter are looking for an experienced supported housing officer to be based at a young people's project in Exeter. The service users live at the project for up to 2 yrs and require low to medium support. You will be required to offer support with any housing related issues.

You will be based at the front desk and be first port of call for any service users calling on the telephone or popping in to the centre for advice. You will also be required to carry out risk assessments, manage referrals, conduct interviews for prospective service users, liaise with outside agencies and organisations to advice on education and housing.

You are responsible for a small case load and will be helping a very busy period with in the organisation.
