Hi, I am looking for low cost rental - flat/house/annexe to keep living costs - rental and bills low.
It would be with myself (29 year old, full time working female) and 9 year old daughter (well behaved) and both tidy.
Looking at the Exeter or Mid Devon Area - accessible to work in Exeter City Centre. Currently living in Cullompton.
Happy to rent an annexe of a house or something similar.
