A professional individual is sought to handling the day to day management of a popular waterside brasserie in Topsham. Skilled in marketing and staff management – you will promote and continue to improving the excellent reputation of this establishment. The applicant should be fully experienced with the epos front of house computer system and be completely computer literate. Excel / Word / Microsoft Publisher, knowledge of health & Safety Policies is a must.
They will have strong ability to assist with leading/motivating a team and possess a solid understanding of food, wine and service and will pride themselves on offering the best possible product.
