Using remote support software, we connect to your PC and help you solve your PC issues and computer tuition. Keep your privacy without needing some stranger coming round to your home.

- PC support, we speak on the phone while logging into your PC. This is the same as having a computer support person sitting at your PC.

- Computer Training - the trainer takes control of your PC showing you what to do, while chatting on the telephone. Then you follow the demonstration. The tuitor will monitor your actions and help you along.
