This hotel is looking to change some of the standards of procedures and bring in new up to date working operation…. Exciting role for the right person.

My client operates this independent Hotel in the Devon area, this unit is very busy on the food and beverage side of the operation, overseeing a team of about 15 full time staff.

They are able to offer the position off restaurant Manager to work in this busy restaurant serving traditional food in a traditional way….

The role would suit a Restaurant Manager in a similar role with good food experience with a proven track record, having worked within a Hotel or Restaurant in the past. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity.
