hi,
im mark im a 23 year old insurance adviser working in exeter high street .
I need somewhere close to the high street so i dont have to commute to work everyday on the bus .

Im a fun and relaxed person who is always reliable .As i work in insurance im in a recession proof industry which pays well and im at no risk of redundency which seems to be a problem these days!

I enjoy music and film and im partial to the odd pint now and again but my main interest is computer gaming so im ideally looking for somewhere with plenty of space and with access to broadband.

I would like somewhere all inclusive, furnished and within walking distance to exeter high street . im looking for somewhere around £300 but could go higher if the right room came along.

i want to move asap as im currently commuting to work which is very expensive and time consuming!

i dont have money put aside for a large deposit so preferably i would like a room with a no/minimal deposit or an understanding landlord who can make an arrangement regarding it (i could borrow the deposit but i would need to know how much in advance)

i am a fun guy who gets on with everybody in general and is respectfull of others , i would like somewhere that is fun where i can feal at home (im not looking for a crashpad or a non social house where everyone just locks themselves in their room!)
