A furnished room in a large house on a country estate. The room has a singe bed in at the moment but you could fit a double. There is a door leading to a small patio.

We have a large flat and kitchen, wireless internet in all the rooms, a projector and cinema screen. We are one of the closest houses to the bike trails at Haldon Forest, 15mins from Dartmoor and 10 mins from Exeter.

The house is detached and set in a stunning location. Plenty of room. I have an allotment in Chudleigh, which is the nearest town to us, just 5 mins away. We are also setting up an acre of land for growing in the spring. You would have access to all of this. We have kayaks, climbing equipment, bikes and motorbikes that you would be welcome to share.

Two room mates are leaving to go traveling over the winter. So there are actually two rooms available. Would suit couples or singes.

Ideally you need your own transport. You could cycle to Chudleigh (10mins) and catch a bus to Exeter if you don't.

My girlfriend who lives in oxford comes down most weekends. I'm 26, my girlfriend is 27, we both work full time.
