Assistant Housing Advice Officer needed in Exeter

Working for a large Housing Association, established in the late 90's to help vulnerable people by providing a range of housing and support services. This organisation works with a range of vulnerable people. They have a stock of over 5000 homes, including shared ownership, rented and supported housing.

This organisation are currently looking to take the right applicant on board for a 3-6 month period. 

Experienced Housing Assistants work with in their housing management team, to assist the Housing Officers. Your main duties will be to contact residents via the telephone with in the customer care team and support the tenants to complete forms where required. You will be collating data and from the residents and logging in to a microsoft programme, ready for it to be filtered on to the relevant department and actioned accordingly. 



An enhanced CRB Disclosure is required for this position, as there may be some contact with vulnerable residents
