Hi,
We are two mature ( forty something ) professionals with a whippet - clean, quiet, no bother - looking for a nice home , either central or towards Topsham, with garden , kitchen diner and two double bedrooms, up to £ 800 pcm .
We have deposit, advance and good references, and hope to get somewhere agreed in the next week or two, but as we both need to give our current landlords a months notice, hope to move late Nov / early December.
Please note that Bella is a real sweetie, shorthaired , frontlined religiously, and has a daily dog walker in the week,.
We'd prefer somewhere unfurnished, but with white goods in place ie washing machine, fridge freezer etc, and can genuinely describe ourselves as responsible, reliable, decent types
