Insurance Compliance Officer
Location: Somerset
Salary: £22,000 - 27,000

Our Client is looking to appoint an Insurance Compliance Officer to their growing operation in Somerset.


Responsibilities:


Work towards improving company compliance procedures
Liaise with the Branches of the company and conduct file audits as required
Handling compliance and regulatory issues
Deal with all complaints from customers or the Financial Ombudsman
Ensure all data is kept inline with the Data Protection Laws
Assist with the development of Compliance documentation and guidelines


Skills:


Candidates should have previous experience of compliance within a brokerage or insurance environment
Demonstrate strong communications skills and be able to build relationships with people from all levels and areas of the business
High level communication, IT, Analytical, Audit and Negotiation skills
