Dear Sir/Madam

In these credit crunch times, my company has announced job losses; therefore my job has an uncertain future. Hence me making the “initial steps” to go back on to the job market, after 27 years in the same job.

As I recently got married, both my wife and I have decided to move out of the West Midlands area to make a fresh start else where.

We are hoping to move to the Devon area to live and work.
