Automotive, Motor Trade Job: Service Manager, Exeter - Devon.

£30k Basic, £45k OTE + Car

45 Hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity with a well established, respected prosperous franchised dealership.

They are looking for an experienced service manager to run their very busy site.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for both Service and Bodyshop departments.

Working to targets, set on a monthly and annual basis, the successful candidate will be expected to not only meet but also beat these targets.

As the Service Manager, you will have the responsibility for managing and developing your team whilst ensuring that CSI levels reach and exceed targets.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for using group systems to plan, forecast and report on results for the departments.

The ideal candidate must have a solid background with an in depth understanding of running a very busy service department.

DMS knowledge is essential, ideally Kerridge; as is a positive team orientated work ethic.

Motor Trade experience is essential.
