Supported Housing Officer needed in Somerset

20 - 25 Hours per week

General needs Supported Housing



Your main duties are as follows:



- Operate as part of a team offering support to a wide range of service users in the area including those living within sheltered schemes, receiving support at home, or help line/Telecare services.

- To ensure at all times that you are providing high quality services

- Providing agreed person centred services on an individual level as per designated support plans 

- To contribute to the completion of all required administrative tasks including reports, assessments and the keeping of appropriate records

- To attend and participate in any formal or informal tenant/resident/client meetings in the area.
