OFFERING YOU:-

•Two positions exist within this growing organisation who delivery software solutions within the electronic trading market.
•You will be providing fast, efficient, concise and, above all else, polite support to users of this bespoke software, predominantly within the retail, warehouse and distribution industries.
•Due to the nature of both the system and the users of the application, your role will be quite varied as you will be required to resolve issues across the entire function of the software which has a number of uses.

REQUIRES OF YOU:-

•In order to be successful in securing an interview for these opportunities you must meet all of the following criteria: You must have previous experience in a commercial environment supporting a bespoke software package. You must also be adept at delivering high levels of customer service within a technical environment. It is essential that you either already live in Devon, or have valid reason to relocate and be available within the next month. If you have any experience of Electronic Data Integration systems, then you could be rewarded with a higher starting salary.
