I'm looking for a short/medium term rental in Exeter starting the beginning of October. I'm looking for somewhere to buy so I need somewhere to rent for a few months - ideally a rolling monthly contract. I'm renting now (my contract is up and my landlady wants to redecorate) and don't want to tie myself into a six month contract.

I'm 31 and a professional. I'm quiet, considerate and don't smoke or have any pets. Ideally I'd like somewhere unfurnished since I have bedroom furniture, but that's unlikely so I would certainly look at furnished places. I need somewhere in Exeter, east of the river and near public transport. I can afford up to 600 pounds a month. Please let me know if you have anything suitable!
