A beautiful double room available in a my large 3 bedroom flat in St Leonards, Exeter. You will be replacing my great friend who is moving out to live in with her boyfriend. You will be living with the lovely Steph, a young primary school teacher.

The flat has 3 bedrooms but the third room is used for shoes, books, coats and any other general storage requirements. The flat has a large open plan living/dining room with a seperate kitchen which all benefit from outstanding views out over Haldon hill. There is parking space for 2 cars (one of which is available to you.) The bathroom benifits from a bath with powerful shower over the bath.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobe and the rest of the flat is also fully furnished inclucing washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The rent is all inclusive price of £500 a month (includes council tax, water, electric, gas and internet)
