Lovely double room in Edwardian terraced house, Sidmouth. Newly refurbished, arty and homely. Sharing with creative single Mum (artist and writer), a well behaved nine year old, a cute Border terrier and a cat. Looking for someone to be part of our family and not just a lodger! The hosue is a two minute walk to the Byes (mini National trust park) and ten minute walk to the sea. Bus stop and regular busses to Exeter at the bottom of the road.
Would suit quiet non-smoker who prefers home to be a peaceful haven and keep the partying elsewhere... but sociable enough to like the idea of having the occasional meal together and getting thrashed on the Wii....
