Cheap single room avaliable in Falmouth (7 Park Hill). 5 minute walk to town centre, bus stop and shops etc. Sharing with 3 other students in recently renovated house and furnished throughout. The house has a kitchen, large living room, large bathroom and a patio/garden at the back for BBQ's etc. Very cheap at £45 per week. Bills not included (should be no more than £10 per week). Fast wireless internet should be avaliable late September/ early October, when other students move in for the new term. Room will be avaliable untill early January.
