The successful Duty Manager will have proven experience working in a high volume Bar and Restaurant environment. As Duty Manager you will be responsible for running the establishment in the absence of the General Manager, be responsible for staff supervision and ongoing training, stock control and ordering, health and safety and ensuring that the customers receive the highest possible levels of service at all times with no exceptions. The Duty Manager that takes on this role will have a 5 day working week and the hours will be mixed between splits and straight shifts.
