Private Client Solicitor at the Exeter Office
Overview:
Due to continued growth and expansion of our Private Client team, an opportunity has arisen for a talented Private Client solicitor to join the team. Ideally we are looking for someone who has:
• experience in dealing with a broad range of private client matters
• an ability to manage their own caseload within a team
• excellent communication and commercial acumen
Detail:
The Role
The role will include:
• The provision of tax advice, assisting with succession and tax planning for wealthy individuals.
• Advice to business owners on the succession and protection of their interests.
• Advice to trustees and beneficiaries regarding trust, tax, administration and related rights and responsibilities
• If the candidate wishes, there is also opportunity to assist with London based work
Key Skills and Experiences will include:
• experience in advising clients on a variety of private client matters,
• a minimum of 1 years PQE experience within a mainstream private client experience
• experience will have been gained in a reputable City, West End or reputable Regional Firm
Personal attributes:
• an enthusiastic self starter who takes initiative and enjoys taking responsibility
• a sound understanding of the technical private client legal issues in which we deal and a desire to learn more
• the ability to respond under pressure and adapt to a variety of situations and individuals
