My client has some very successful high branded hotels throughout the uk, which all share a real passion for food and service, the hotels are very much aimed at the middle market with strong emphasis on comfortable surroundings at affordable prices

They are looking for a Deputy Manager to join this exciting company, you must be a born leader who can push the business forward and cover the whole hotel while the General manager is away

Other responsibilities include –

Managing all food and beverage operations
Recruiting and developing a dedicated team
Developing the food and beverage business
Controlling costs in line with budgets
Actively aiming to meet profit targets
Meeting health and safety requirement

The ideal candidate will have to have an hands on approach to work, able to think on their feet and make decision fast.
