A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a permanent Support Technician based near Taunton working for a successful growing organisation. My client is going through a period of sustained growth which has resulted in this exciting and challenging opportunity.

You will be involved in working with end clients on technical issues which will include providing technical support but also networking support. You will provide remote and on-site assistance and diagnosis.

To be successful you will have a strong understanding and knowledge of Microsoft technologies. You will have good experience with SQL Server and providing desktop support and administration. You will have worked with Microsoft operating systems and be comfortable with installations, configurations and overall support. If you have or are currently studding towards a Microsoft qualification it would be desirable however not essential.

Basic salary in between £20,000 - £24,000 per annum plus benefits.
