An exciting opportunity has arisen… we are looking for a talented, motivated and creative head chef to join our team of 4 chefs, in this well established brasserie restaurant in the heart of Exeter.

The restaurant has a very busy day and evening trade all year round so the ideal head chef must be an excellent team leader and be able to maintain and improve a high level under pressure. .

As head chef, you will be involed in all aspects of the business from financial controls, menu planning and recruiting. You will be working very closely to the Executive chef with the management of this restaurant to produce high quality food.

This position requires a good level of English, good communication skills and the ability to plan and organise under pressure.
