My client operates one of the country’s leading restaurants in the South West of England based in a leading 5 star hotel

They are now able to offer a position of a Senior Head Waiter to work in the 1*Michelin restaurant serving modern British and French cuisine

The role would suit a Chef De Rang or a Head Waiter with good food experience with a proven track record, having worked in high profile hotel’s and Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity.
