Hi,

I am a 26 year post graduate student and I need to rent a double room within 10 miles of Chulmleigh, north Devon. I need the room from January to March 2010 as I am undertaking a school placement in the area.

I am a non smoker and am used to living in share houes / lodging so i know how important it is to have clean, friendly surroundings but also respect each others privacy.
