Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Sommelier in a luxury country house hotel.

My client is one of the UKs most prestigious properties and boasts an extensive wine list of international wines and champagnes.

The successful candidate will join the sommelier team of 3 and be responsible for developing the wine list so that it reflects the changing seasons and restaurant menu. You will have excellent wine knowledge and a confident manner when discussing and recommending wine to guests.

I am looking for a candidate with 5 star customer service skills who has a real passion for wine and ambition to work in one of the finest hotels in the country.
