House in good quiet location in or near Exeter suitable for two people and their well behaved 9 year old retired guide dog and quiet house trained cat. Quiet location preferred. Preferably detached with 2+ bedrooms and parking for 2 cars. Outskirts of the city of Exeter or surrounding villages would be ideal. Deposit available for residence starting July/August.
