I have 30 years expierience in the Catering Industry, from Pubs, Hotels & Industrial Kithens in all positions.
With City & Guilds 706 1 / 2 Passed Personal License Exam[BII], Food Hygiene Certificate.
Can also cover Bar, Waiting & Catering/Kitchen Assistant Shifts if required.
