Hi there,
We are searching for a 4 bedroom house in the Exmouth area (including Lympstone, Topsham etc) as soon as possible,
as our current landlord needs to take possesion of the property we are currently living in by
the end of October at the latest due to a change in his personal circumstances.

We would ideallty like an older property with some kind of garden area, though this is not essential.
More than one bathroom/shower facility is essential, however.

We can provide excellent references, and are willing to pay rent to a maximum of around £1200 mark.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated,
