Professional girl seeks self-contained accommodation in Central Exeter for around £400-£500 a month, bills included. I work in Gandy Street and would like to be able to walk to work within 25 minutes.

Might be attached to a family home/ garden flat/ loft flat/ annexe... not fussy :)

I am reliable, clean, tidy, respectful of other people's property (I own a flat elsewhere which I rent out) and I am from East Devon.

I am seeking my independance in as economical a way as possible from ASAP while I pay studies outside of work time that cost quite a lot.

Hence why I'm seeking a granny flat and not a house of my own :)
